Supreme Judicial Court Order authorizing use of electronic signatures by attorneys and self-represented parties Posted: Apr 07, 2020 In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Judicial Court issued an order, authorizing attorneys and self-represented parties, in all courts and case types, to electronically sign documents served on another party or filed with the court.
