On June 18 the United States Supreme Court ruled that the Department of Homeland Security failed to meet the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act in the process of discontinuing the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which protects many undocumented immigrants from immediate deportation.
