    The most notable new book we’ve received in 2022 has to be “Corbin on Massachusetts Contracts” by Timothy Murray and Jon Hogue. At 1247 pages it promises to be a comprehensive reference on all aspects of Massachusetts contract law. Murray is a co-author of the current edition of the multi-volume “Corbin on Contracts” and the new book follows the chapter organization of the larger work. Read Full Article

Articles from 2001 through the current year are available directly to our members in the LegalTrac database.
