Malden District Court to Temporarily Relocate to Cambridge District Court Starting October 28, 2019

Trial Court Chief Justice Paula M. Carey, Court Administrator Jonathan S. Williams, and District Court Chief Justice Paul C. Judge Lets Vaping Products Ban Stand

​Superior Court Judge Douglas Wilkins ruled that the Governor Charlie Baker’s order banning the sale of vaping products can stay in place. However the Administration must complete the usual process for implementing emergency regulations to continue the ban beyond next week. Read Full Article
