Massachusetts Division of Banks Database Now Available to SLL Members

The Social Law Library Division of Banks database contains over a decade’s worth of rulings concerning consumer protection and financial institution laws and regulations by the Massachusetts Division of Banks (DOB). DOB supervises state chartered banks and credit unions as well as a host of other financial businesses including:                                                                                                   

  • Mortgage lenders
  • Mortgage brokers
  • Mortgage loan originators
  • Consumer finance companies
  • Money service businesses
  • Debt collectors
  • Loan servicers 
  • Student loan servicers

The DOB database will receive quarterly updates and is available now by annual subscription!  If you currently subscribe to Social Law EZ-Plus, you automatically get access to this newly published database.
