All Social Law Library members can now search and browse employment treatises from Littler Mendelson in Fastcase. There are currently 79 publications available, spanning a wide range of topics: discrimination, visas, data protection, collective bargaining, wage and hour obligations, independent contracting and more. There are also jurisdiction-specific treatises for all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Social Law Members can access these books anywhere by logging onto the database page and clicking on the link to the Fastcase database.
To access the Littler Employer Library from Fastcase 6, just click on the link from the main Fastcase page:
In Fastcase 7, ALL of the books available through your Social Law Library subscription will show up below the search bar in the “Featured Libraries” tab. Click on the link to “View Summary of featured content” to see more treatises.
