Some of the defendant drug wholesalers and pharmacies are calling for the disqualification of the judge overseeing the federal court cases about their alleged responsibility for the nationwide opioid crisis.
Over the weekend their attorneys filed a brief stating that U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Polster has shown bias against them and has been pressuring them to reach a settlement since the earliest stages of the litigation.
