On January 28 Superior Court Judge Janet L. Sanders ruled that the press and public should have access to the complaint in the Attorney General’s lawsuit against the drug company Perdue Pharma. The company had sought to limit public viewing of the pleading, saying it contained information that would interfere with similar suits in other state and federal courts over their sale of opioid pain killers.
