Finding statements of legislative intent can be the key to understanding federal laws that impact your cases.  Proquest Congressional is the go to database when you need to identify and locate relevant Congressional reports, hearings and debates. On 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18th Proquest representative Daryl Newhouse will conduct a webinar training session showing Social Law Library members how to make the best use of this resource which is available to all members.
