When Brian is not answering legal reference questions from Social Law members, he is a frequent lecturer at our educational programs and CLE courses.  His chapter in Massachusetts Administrative Law and Practice offers expert advice on “Where to Find Massachusetts Administrative Agency Materials.”  Brian has served as a Reference Attorney at Social Law for over 25 years.  His knowledge about legal research and administrative law is extensive.
