On Thursday, March 5, 2020 the Social Law Library hosted CHAPTER 93A NUTS, BOLTS AND NUANCES - Learn what the judges learn! This program was led by Judge Brian A. Davis and Judge Paul D. Wilson from the Massachusetts Superior Court. Chapter 93A is complex and potentially confusing. This two-hour program covered not only the statutory framework and leading cases, but the judges provided insightful practice tips and pointers addressing issues that frequently arise at trial. Social Media for Lawyers: Opportunities and Hazards

​In March we’re highlighting books about social media and the law. Some illustrate how lawyers can capitalize on the use of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for branding, marketing and presenting themselves as thought leaders. Other works emphasize the potential for archived social media posts to end up as evidence in family law matters, corporate internal investigations and criminal trials.
