Social Law hosts another sold-out event!

Last night, the Social Law Library was happy to welcome member and non-member attorneys to listen, learn, and interact with our panel of judges about Evidentiary Issues in Care and Protection and Termination of Parental Rights Cases.  Along with our co-sponsors the Massachusetts Juvenile Bar Association, the Library would like to thank the faculty - Hon. Dana M. Gershengorn, Juvenile Court (Norfolk), Hon. Stephen M. Limon, Juvenile Court (Suffolk), Program Chair, Hon. John S. Spinale, Juvenile Court (Bristol).  Without their hard work and insight this program would not have been possible.  The new chapter on Evidentiary Issues in Care and Protection and Termination of Parental Rights Cases in the 2015 Massachusetts Guide to Evidence was the focal point of the seminar and over half of the attendees walked away with a new copy.

Attendees proclaimed:

“This was very informative and helpful for my practice...”

“The practical suggestions and examples were most helpful...”

“Great presentation.  Well prepared speakers. New evidence book looks very helpful...”

Thank you once again to our co-sponsors, the faculty, and the attendees for making this event a success.
