Frequently asked questions about Social Law's educational programs.
Q: I signed up for an event but was not able to attend. How do I receive the program materials?
A: Please contact Michael Saporito (msaporito@socialaw.com) to arrange receipt of your materials.
Q: Did CPCS approve this event for credit?
A: Flyers, emails, and the registration pages of approved events will list information about CPCS credit hours. If credits are not listed, the event was not approved for credits. If you have questions about out of state credits please email Michael Saporito (msaporito@socialaw.com).
Q: I need to submit proof of attendance to CPCS. What do I send them?
A: You will receive a certificate of attendance by email within a week of attending an online CLE. If you misplaced your copy, contact Michael Saporito (msaporito@socialaw.com) to receive a replacement copy after attendance is verified.
Q: Is this CLE program eligible for non-Massachusetts CLE credits?
A: Social Law CLE events are not submitted to groups other than CPCS for CLE credit. However, you can submit Social Law CLE events to out of state CLE boards for approval. Please contact Michael Saporito (msaporito@socialaw.com) if you have any questions concerning out of state CLE credits, forms, or submission.
Q: I was not able to attend an event because of a conflict. Was the event recorded?
A: Social Law records most of our CLE events. Currently available programs that can be purchased may be found on this page: https://www.socialaw.com/education/products
CLE credit is not available for recorded programs.
