U.S. District Court Judge Richard G. Stearns Delivers Outstanding CLE Program at Social Law

U.S. District Court Judge Richard G. Stearns, author of Massachusetts Criminal Law: A Prosecutor’s Guide, delivered an outstanding CLE at Social Law last week.

The CLE covered recent developments in state and federal court. Judge Stearns  discussed a wide variety of topics including searches of computers and cell phones and the new Gun Violence Act.

The 35th edition of Judge Stearns’ Massachusetts Criminal Law: A Prosecutor’s Guide will be released in September 2015.
