On September 23, 2014, the Social Law Library and the WestLegalEd Center were pleased to present F. Lee Bailey and Hon. Kenneth J. Fishman’s seminar “Successful Strategies in Criminal Cases.”  A sold out audience was on hand to learn from Mr. Bailey and Judge Fishman’s discussion of successful courtroom strategies, how to prepare for a case, the importance of investigation to pretrial work, eye witness identification testimony, and the voir dire process.

WestLegalEd Center broadcast the event, allowing attorneys from around the UnitedStates to view and participate in the seminar in real time. Following the discussion, the presenters signed books for a large group of attendees. The Social Law Library would like to thank WestLegalEd Center, F. Lee Bailey, Hon. Kenneth J. Fishman, those who attended the program, and everyone who watched online for making this event a great success.
