On Tuesday, June 17 the Social Law Library featured a CLE program on iPad training specifically designed for litigators. The panel included attorney Howard Lenow, a union side lawyer and self-admitted Macintosh fanatic, who covered all aspects of the legal applications of iPad use, from entering, editing and storing documents to billing clients. Ian McWilliams, founder and president of New England Trial Services, exhibited hands-on technology used in presenting evidence in trials. Court Services Reporter Loretta Hennessey gave a demonstration of real-time, interactive, simultaneous transcript production. The panel also handled many questions from the audience.
