The program will provide guidance and best practices for handling an administrative hearing, from start to finish, and from all perspectives. The diverse panel will draw on their experiences before different agencies. Among the topics to be discussed include:

- Hearings: virtual vs. in-person
- Hearings:preserving the record and making objections
- Hearings:reliance on expert testimony
- Post-hearings: closing briefs, post-hearing motions
- Perspectives from hearing examiners and the agencies
- Emerging and dominant legal issues.
