Judge Coven and Judge Winik have agreed to repeat this Flaschner Institute program recently presented to Massachusetts judges. Summary Process is neither simple nor straightforward. This practice-skills CLE will provide a review of common and complex Summary Process issues, including:
• Creating and Terminating a Tenancy
• Trial Issues, including Landlord’s Prima Facie Case and Tenant’s Defenses and Counter Claims
• Damages, Possession, Setting/Waiving the Appeal Bond, Summary Process Rules
• And more!
