The program is designed to actively engage the audience in dialogue throughout the discussion.
While the nuts-and-bolts of cases will surely be covered, the panel will primarily identify more nuanced, unsettled issues and examine possible approaches, arguments and trial tactics in such topics as:
- Preservation of Error and Standards of Review.
- Murder Trial Issues
- Examination of the forthcoming Commonwealth v. Mayotte (first complaint rule) and Commonwealth v. Oliveira
(inventory searches)
- Medical Marijuana
- Cell Phone Searches and Seizures
- and more….
