The Social Law Library maintains its own email server independently of any other entity occupying the premises of the John Adams Courthouse. For the good of all Library staff and others using the Library email server, the Library shall maintain a size quota of 30 GB per email mailbox on all of its email mailbox offerings. Any Library email mailbox exceeding the 30 GB size limit will be subject to an auto-archiving of the offending email to a location not directly available through the Library email system. A patron whose email is auto-archived in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy will be permitted to work with the Library’s Technology Services staff to retrieve the auto-archived email through a different interface or medium.
