CPCS credits are pending. To receive credits attendees must be logged on during the program for a minimum of 80% of the conference time. Certificates will be emailed to all attendees who qualify.

All four sessions of the Homicide Series will be moderated by Norfolk Superior Court Justice Beverly J. Cannone.

Day 3- EVIDENTIARY ISSUES: Caselaw Update, obtaining cellphone data and surveillance video and introducing them at trial, proving lack of firearm LTC/FID after Guardado and other trial issues
Wednesday, June 4, 2025 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm ET

Day 4- FORENSIC ISSUES:  Daubert: knowing when to challenge the conclusion, when to challenge the whole field and when to go back to the drawing board; issues with DNA evidence, and how to get the most from your expert witnesses
Thursday, June 12, 2025 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm ET

Registrations accepted in order of receipt. Registration fees are non-refundable. Most Social Law Library CLE events are recorded and recordings are sent to all who are registered. The recording is available by digital download, generally within a week after the program date. CLE credit, when applicable, is only granted when the live webinar is attended.
