Residential Landlord Tenant Law is both complex and evolving. As a basic primer for new attorneys and a “nuts and bolts” review for more experienced attorneys, this four-hour Zoom program presented by experienced judges over two days will focus on procedural and substantive issues of residential summary process practice including significant changes to Massachusetts housing law.
