Tracey Meyers, PsyD is a Clinician at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers who presents on stress reduction, mindfulness, and self-care.
Dr. Meyers will discuss the power of developing a growth mindset, including:
- How stress can be utilized in new and different ways depending on our mindset.
- What “mindset” means including both fixed and flexible approaches.
- How to develop a more resilient mindset to support more creative and innovative ways to manage stress, change, and new learning opportunities.
To receive credits attendees must be logged on during the program for a minimum of 80% of the conference time. Certificates will be emailed to all attendees who were logged onto the program for at least 80% of the program time. A separate certificate will be emailed for each day.
