The Supreme Judicial Court issued an order approving comprehensive revisions to the rules governing criminal pretrial discovery which take effect on March 1, 2025. Learn from the panelists who drafted the new rules.  You will hear what judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys need to know.

There will be commentary and feedback from the expert panel who will answer questions.

The recording is available by digital download, generally within a week after the program date. CLE credit, when applicable, is only granted when 80 % of the live webinar is attended.
