This program will introduce and inform attendees on how to navigate the Probate Court when someone passes away. The program will provide guidance on the essential basics of the filing process, including options, time standards and venue guidelines. We will spend time discussing the benefits and authority granted through different petitions filed with the court. The goal of this program is for all participants to be able to familiarize and assist their patrons or clients navigate the court system during a difficult time.
