Join attorney Matt Barach for a discussion and analysis on emerging trends in the Probate and Family Court in Cavanagh v. Cavanagh. A look into how the Probate and Family Court judges and the Appeals Court are applying the tenets of the Supreme Judicial Court’s landmark decision 18 months later. Matt will discuss decisions that have come down from the Probate and Family Court and the Appeals Court and discuss similarities and differences in how the law has been interpreted to date.
