Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) & Common Law Trusts:

  1. What is the purpose of CTA?
  2. How does it work?
  3. Which companies are subject to CTA?
  4. How does this affect Trustees and Estate Planners?
  5. When is it effective?
  6. How is information reported to FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network)?
