This program has been approved by CPCS for 2.0 credit hours for the CAFL and YAD panels. To receive credits attendees must be logged on during the program for a minimum of 80% of the conference time. Recent changes to immigration law and an increase in immigration enforcement have resulted in significant consequences for noncitizens attempting to remain in or immigrate to the United States to be with their US Citizen Family members. Who can stay here and who can come here? More importantly, who cannot? Is there a legal line to get into? Three experienced immigration attorneys will discuss current events in family immigration law and answer these questions and more.
