Medical malpractice cases are among the most complex civil cases heard in the Superior Court. Understanding pre-trial and trial issues in medical malpractice cases is critical to any medical malpractice litigator’s practice.
The panel will discuss:

Our panelists will offer their “view from the bench” in medical malpractice cases. They will discuss the case law governing medical malpractice actions, offer practical tips and suggestions for avoiding traps for the unwary. This program is a must in understanding the complexities of medical malpractice cases.
