Event End:

If your law practice uses e-mail, laptops, smartphones, tablets, flash drives, wireless networks or cloud storage, then you need to understand data encryption. It’s essential to protect client information, and is required by Massachusetts law in many circumstances.

Come to a hands-on, practical seminar in plain English, where you’ll learn:

• What you need to encrypt, and when
• The best ways to encrypt documents, e-mails, hard drives, USBs, and portable devices
• How to safely store your documents in the cloud
• How to use client portals for sharing documents
• And more!

Online registration is encouraged. Convenience phone registrations will be charged a $10 processing fee. For questions on group discounts, special billing, program content, out-of-state CLE credits, and general CLE information call Andrew Hyland at 617-226-1361.
