Reversible Error in Criminal Cases: Preventing it at Trial & Addressing it on Appeal

The expert panel will present on preservation of error, standards of review, trial traps for the unwary, expert testimony, ineffective assistance of counsel, and closing arguments.

CPCS approved for 3.5 hours for the Youth Advocacy Division (YAD), the Post-Conviction, Mental Health, and the Adult Criminal Trial panels.
