This Fall the Social Law Library will be virtually hosting CIVIL LITIGATION SERIES - Starting Your Practice—What You Need to Know! Attorney Jonathan Friedmann of Rudolph Friedmann LLP will be the host and moderator of the series– with the first of three days being Thursday, October 6, 2022 for an online seminar from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Day 1 – Getting Started – October 6, 2022
What you need to know about IOLTA accounts, staying out of trouble with the BBO – and how the BBO can help you; starting your practice and practice management systems, including information about calendar systems, billing and document management. Websites and social media presence will be discussed as well as cloud-based systems and malpractice insurance.
