The Social Law Library is excited to be hosting an important program on November 5 regarding the need for negotiation, alternate dispute resolution, and mediation. Negotiation Skills for Civil Litigators online CLE will be hosted by the Social Law Library on Thursday, November 5 from 4:00 – 5:30 pm.

In this time of COVID-19 it is beneficial for attorneys and their clients to find ways to resolve their differences other than by trial. This program brings together veteran judges and practitioners who will teach the ins and outs of negotiation that will benefit your practice and get your clients results.
