On Wednesday, December 4, 2019 the Social Law Library hosted Administrative Agency Action and Judicial Review: Nuts And Bolts, Practice Pointers and Recent Developments – 2019
Presided over by a seasoned judge skilled in judicial review of agency adjudicatory decisions, this program featured an expert panel of lawyers with experience in all aspects of Massachusetts administrative law.
