The auditorium at Social Law was filled again on Tuesday, March 22, 2015 for the sold-out continuing legal education seminar, “Superior Court Judicial Review of Administrative Agency Decisions”. Hon. Kenneth W. Salinger, Massachusetts Superior Court, lead a conversation that focused on the appellate nature of the Superior Court review of administrative agency appeals. It provided a concise review of statutory and regulatory standards governing such reviews, as well as some practical tips for the handling of appeals from state and local administrative agencies under G.L. c.30A and similar statutes. Attorneys from a variety of different backgrounds of law comprised the audience and they contributed to the judge’s discussion of the subject. The Library would like to thank our co-sponsor, the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association, for making this event a success.
