On Friday, March 11, 2016, the Social Law Library and Flaschner Judicial Institute hosted a full day seminar entitled “Complex Issues in Murder Cases.” The program featured four sessions, Pretrial Evidentiary and Empanelment Issues, Cyber Components in Murder Cases, Forensic Experts and Evidence, and Special Issues on Jury Instructions and Juveniles, which provided attendees with insights into crucial legal issues. Honorable Linda E. Giles, Associate Justice of the Superior Court, chaired the seminar and moderated the four sessions featuring panelists Lynn Beland, Esq., Honorable Kenneth J. Fishman, Honorable Frank M. Gaziano, Chris Kelly, Honorable Peter B. Krupp, Mark Lee, Adrienne C. Lynch, Rosemary Curran Scapicchio, Robert Sheketoff, Jamie Sultan, and Larry Tipton. The audience, which included members of the bench and bar, engaged the panels during question and answer sessions resulting in instructive discussion. That Library thanks C.W.
