While the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence is updated each year, the 2015 Edition is a major new revision with a great deal of new and updated material authorized by the SJC Evidence Committee. There are crucial new sections covering opening statements and closing arguments, plus important additions and revisions regarding expert testimony, exclusions of evidence, eyewitnesses, character evidence and much more. You'll want this new 2015 edition in hand, because large portions of the older versions of the Guide will now be outdated.
