75 legal practitioners gathered at Social Law on March 12, 2015 to deepen their understanding of lawyer participation in jury voir dire. CLE attendees included attorneys from law firms, courts, and government agencies. The distinguished faculty members were:

Participants in the CLE asked and received answers to questions such as:
- Does one party’s motion and allowance allow all parties to comment on that motion?
- Are questions [asked during voir dire] limited to questions submitted to the judge ahead of time?
- Have the judges noticed substantive objections to voir dire requests?
- What are the advantages of panel versus individual voir dire?
