Attorneys from around Massachusetts joined the Social Law Library and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for the “How to Win Your Case With eDiscovery” webinar on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.  The seminar was led by Johnathan Sablone, partner at Nixon Peabody and author of the 2013 LexisNexis practice guide “Massachusetts e-Discovery and Evidence,” who provided participants with practical knowledge pertaining to the management of e-Discovery in their practices.   Participants were able to ask Jonathan questions over the phone or by using the webinar’s chat function.  The Library would like to thank Jonathan, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and the participants for making the seminar a success.  Keep your eyes peeled for more Social Law webinars in the future!
